Our Founder - Late Shri R DayanandaSagar

The Founder President of Dayananda Sagar Institutions, the Late Shri R DayanandaSagar had a great vision: Education for all sections of society.

He set up the Mahatma Gandhi Vidya Peetha Education Trust (MGVP). A role model inthe field of Education, his dream has created a place for itself in the history of Indianeducation, winning the hearts of many, far and wide.

Smt. Chandramma Sagar, wife of the founder, was a Doctor by profession – a triple FRCS from London, Edinburgh and Glasgow. She was in the panel of Doctors for the President of India.
